All American Chevrolet initially had my vehicle for one night to address an issue with the master cylinder. Upon picking up the vehicle the following day, all of the dashboard warning lights reappeared, which the service team had advised might occur. We returned the vehicle the next day, and due to a backorder on the necessary parts, the dealership retained possession of the vehicle for approximately six weeks. During this period, I was provided with a loaner Cadillac. While I appreciated having a vehicle, the loaner had a persistent odor of cigarette smoke and was significantly smaller than my Traverse, which made it less suitable for my needs. After roughly six weeks, I retrieved my Traverse and immediately noticed a crack in the windshield that had not been present when I dropped the vehicle off. Additionally, one of the warning lights on the dashboard remained illuminated. I returned to the dealership the following day to report both issues. After speaking with three different staff members, an appointment was scheduled for the next day to inspect the warning light and address the windshield damage. Regrettably, the initial representative I spoke with in the service department attempted to attribute the windshield crack to my own actions, despite the fact that I had driven the vehicle for only about ten minutes. He stated he had not observed a crack when the vehicle was checked in, yet maintained that the damage could not have occurred during the six-week period the dealership had it. Fortunately, the subsequent two staff members I interacted with were far more helpful and professional. Thanks to the vehicle’s warranty coverage and their commitment to customer service, the issues were resolved without any cost to me. Although the resolution process was lengthy, I am ultimately satisfied to have my vehicle restored to its proper condition.

I usually give 5 stars, but this time I'm giving 4 due to the wait time. I had scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2023 Equinox. It ended up taking almost 2 hours to get this completed. Typically, I'm only there an hour. As always, the service rep was great - he definitely gets 5 stars!

My experience with All American Chevrolet Cadillac was amazing, as usual because I have dealt with them for many, many years. My lease was running out in October and I was looking for a 2026 Radiant Red Traverse. The ones they had on the lot were not exactly what I was hunting and my salesman, Josh Banister, started a search for one from their other dealerships. After several days, he called me to tell me they had secured one for me and made arrangements for me to see it and the rest is history. It was exactly what I wanted. All of my dealings with All American Chevrolet Cadillac have been more than satisfactory and I have never been disappointed in the working relationship that I have had with all of the staff and employees in the years. I have been customer. I highly recommend All American Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I was glad that I was fit in the busy schedule. However, I wasn't offered a loaner car or the use of the courtesy vehicle. I had to have someone at my work to come get me and take me to work. I did this because I didn't know how long the repair would take. Then I had to have a co-worker take me back to the dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle. I have been a customer of All American Chevrolet for many years. I was quite disappointed on the Customer Service side. However, VERY satisfied with the fast service to get my car worked on. Aaron Pohl was awesome. On another note, I have been bombarded with texts and phone calls to turn in my lease early. I almost feel that this is borderline harassment. I keep telling them that I am not ready and I will get in touch. I have considered going to another dealership.

I had a trailer switch replaced. Thought I was going to get a multi-point inspection, but they made it sound like I declined it. Just talking to the manager sounded like it was supposed to be done, but in the end it was not. That's why it's not five stars. Also prices are too high on labor and parts.

Developed an oil leak. Oil filter from Jiffy Lube was faulty and needed replaced, got oil change. This would be 5 instead of 4 stars if service had checked my brakes as I requested when I dropped car off. When I came to pick up, no mention if brakes were ok or would need attention in near future.

I arrived at a scheduled time and day for my engine oil & filter change and was promptly queued in for Service. I had purchased the oil and filter for the engine myself and needed the Tech to do the work to finish. Without an appointment I took the car in on a Saturday two hours before closing and fully expected I'd be without the vehicle through Monday. I waited 1.5 hours for a simple routine oil change and 15,000-mile service, even though I had made an appointment! Most times, I drive in and do not wait that long. I kept getting bombarded with service reminders, so I made an appointment. Never again! I will drive in, and if they are busy, come back later. BTW, the staff is excellent and very professional. I think this is the result of automation that has no local dealership control.

Everything went really well. I went in for an oil change that was also offered my 30,000 mile check and I agreed to have that done right away as well. I had forgotten my five dollar discount coupon that I received in the mail, but I was given a coupon for $10 off instead. I had great service I was in and out of there less than an hour. A big thanks to everyone.

It was pretty good. Happy I could get in promptly and the service was quick. The service tech was helpful in showing me some settings ideas that will make my life easier. I got the tires rotated and I will need to fine tune the pressures after the service. My 2025 Silverado is suggested 32 front 35 rear and it definitely drives better if we follow the advice on the door.

Needed to change the engine oil & filter, and grease the front suspension on my 1992 Silverado Step side truck. It had been raining for days, so, I drove to my Chevy Dealer's Service Dept and they queued my truck into the line up. My goal was to get the truck ready for Winter. Getting these items taken care of at the same time was great! It wasn't long before my truck was done. The bill was only $15.00 for labor to have my issues resolved.

Everything went smoothly, this time. My service advisor was excellent as always, the man needs a raise. There was no unpleasant issues this time. This was all made possible by my advisor going the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. He deserves all the credit. Bryant is the man to see for your service needs. He'll make things happen. But I'll be honest, I still have some unresolved issues with things that happened on my previous visit. I'll have to wait and see what happens on my next visit.

When I received an email from the dealership that I needed an oil change an only had 5 % oil life left I was puzzled as I actually had only put less than 1000 miles since my last oil change . I had it changed out of caution . If you are suppose to get 5000 miles on the newer oils out I question if the info center is wacky or did the dealership not reset the info right ????

The sales department did a great job demonstrating the Trax and its features. They found the exact car with the correct options for us. They had the vehicle ready for delivery in a timely manner. I would give the sales department 5 stars. I reason for a 4 star overall rating is we had to wait to do the paperwork. After making a 1 o’ clock appointment to pick up the auto, we had to wait in the dealership until 2:30 to sign the paperwork. This was very inconvenient.

Service Technician Brian was excellent and very helpful. However, no fault of his if you need a loaner vehicle while your car is in the shop. Expect to pay a $200 deposit.I have never had another dealership do this. I was very disappointed. You are already frustrated because your new car came from the factory defective and then you are asked to pay extra to use a car because the car they sold you had issues. Very disheartening

The garage was loaded with cars from front to back all lanes had to wait outside and watched as cars were moving. One person was there checking people in. Felt sorry for the gentleman. I was in no hurry so I did not mind. The only complaint I got is that I really don't think a full inspection was done or they didn't have to but the brakes are getting bad and nothing was said about anything. I have been very pleased with your facility everyone makes you feel like family. Thank you.

Checked in for an oil change. Informed the front desk that I had free dealership oil changes for 2 years. I was told to just pull up the Chevrolet app to redeem awards for the service. This was my first time needing l/scheduling an oil change since get my car last August. I did schedule the appointment via app. I was informed by the correct dealership that the oil change was not to be at this location. During check out I was given a total & I informed everyone again of the free service. I was then informed that I did not let them know this during check in. I was also advised to change a bolt on my car for 10-15$ but it was almost $30. I despise going certain places because everyone is always waiting for a moment to get over on someone. I felt like this in the moment, during the oil change. If someone could have maybe listened or asked a few more questions to help me, but no.

I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment and an agent checked me in soon after my arrival. He made me aware of what service was appropriate for the mileage on my car. I know their waiting room, always clean, always with coffee and water available as I wait. My service was completed even more quickly than the estimate given me when I checked in. He also made me aware of the points I have accumulated and could use towards the total cost of the service performed on my car. He asked about a car wash and I thankfully said yes. With my hearing aids, I have difficulty hearing the commands in the commercial car washes.

Friendly, professional service. Vehicle issue was diagnosed promptly and corrected in a very reasonable amount of time. Dealership experience was good. Am extremely displeased that I had to spend a very large amount of money to correct a design or manufacturing defect that arose on a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles. Came in for simple oil change and to top off radiator fluid to cold fill line. When I left checked to see if radiator was to cold line and it was not. Thankfully I did check that because then I noticed that the oil cap was not on at all. I expect better from a dealership and if I had not checked I would have had a much bigger issue.

Fast friendly service. Only issue i have had is I received new wiper blades last visit and first time I used them drivers side is leaving big streak across my vision. Called in right away was told wipe them with alcohol swab. Didn't work. Told them this visit what was going on was told they'd fix it. Still having same issue.

The vehicle was over filled with oil when it was brought in for a routine oil change this made the engine have a knocking sound. Luckily my wife noticed it while driving home and returned it to the dealership. the dealership did get her in and corrected the issue with a fresh oil change (oil and filter) in a timely manner. we have concerns to what extent this may have damaged the engine.

Absolutely a 5-star experience from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and check-in for my maintenance appointment was smooth with zero hassle. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming—it really stood out. I was told my service would take about 60–90 minutes, and they had my car ready before the 90-minute mark, which I really appreciated. Checkout was just as easy, and the staff member helping me was just as pleasant and helpful. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well set up with multiple TVs, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary bottled water. They also had snack and soda machines with very reasonable prices, which was a nice bonus. Overall, everything about this visit was easy and positive. Great service, great people—I’ll definitely be back.

This experience was very out of line with the prior service I received. Historically their advisors have been very helpful. I received terrible customer service this time. I made an appointment for early Thursday morning and dropped my keys off on Wednesday night. Only after I called for a service update did they realize they had my keys. The receptionist was very unhelpful. She sent me to voicemail boxes and told me she would call me back shortly after getting more information. I called her back an hour later after she didn’t call me. Over the course of the 5 days to repair my car, I spoke with 5 different receptionists who all sent me to voicemail boxes. I left messages and none of them were returned. On Friday when I was told my car wouldn’t be worked on till Monday, I asked about a loaner car. My service advisor told me to call on Saturday morning. I called twice and left a voicemail. The call was never returned. I understand that accidents happen. However, no one ever apologized for forgetting about my appointment or ignoring my calls. It took 3 hours of contacting the dealership to learn they even had my car. It was a terrible experience. I won’t be going back to this dealership.

I stopped by yesterday without an appointment to see if they could figure out why the camera stopped working. They worked me in to check it out, and ended up replacing the camera. Told me there has been glitches in them, and wasn't a charge because it was under warranty

Truck stopped working in middle of road busy road. They had to keep my truck for three days and wasn't allowed to give me a loaner car, so I had to get a rent a car for an extra 200 dollars, plus 100$ dollars deductible. It appears to be running alright still a lot of jerking in transmission!

I sure do hope the salesperson gets a raise or some type of achievement reward. Also, setting up my Chevrolet App is the best thing that I ever done. The daily diagnostics that I receive about my vehicle keeps me updated about repairs. The salesperson showed me how to set up this App and walked me through the process. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation my tires was not rotated my truck every since I bought it back in November of last year has had the steering wheel off on it and when driving on interstate it really off but you can tell if your tires has been rotated and mine wasn’t so I will be back in to see them about it and I will be having them look at my steering more they replaced 1 tire back soon after I got it but it did help much and it’s aggravating other then that everything else has been great so far I just want the steering fixed since it’s a 2026 and with less than 10k miles on it still and when I got it only had 5 miles on it and was off then

It was good. However, I know it probably encouraged, but I don’t want to be sold a bunch of other things. I came for one thing and was asked a list of things. I know it’s probably policy to take the car away, I just wanted a wiper blade and it took 35 minutes. Something like that could have been taken care of without even moving the car.

It was all great except for one blip. First of all, the service rep was really helpful and offered a computer reset to solve the failure to boot issues the truck occasionally has. I got full maintenance service as well. For the 2nd or 3rd time now, the maintenance tech does not understand the Chevy recommended tire pressures of 32 front and 35 back as listed on the door. It definitely runs better using that recommendation. As they rotated, they did not change the pressures so I ended up having to do that myself once I got home.
